Day 1 - Monday
- Arrivals to The Clermont, Victoria Hotel in London Just steps from Buckingham Palace
- Afternoon in-depth walking tour of Green Park, St. James's Park, Buckingham Palace and the heart of ceremonial London Hear the stories and see the sights in this iconic part of London
- Welcome to London reception and dinner

Today you'll be greeted in the luxurious surroundings of The Clermont, Victoria located near Buckingham Palace.
In the afternoon we will set off for an in-depth walking tour of gorgeous Green Park, St. James's Park, the exteriors of Buckingham Palace, and the heart of ceremonial London. You'll hear about the architecture and history of the area on a fascinating tour.
In the evening we will gather for a welcome reception and dinner to toast what will be a great journey around England!
Day 2 - Tuesday

- Coach journey to Essex
- A very special Call the Midwife and Historic Chatham Dockyard Tour
- Group luncheon at Historic Chatham Dockyard
- Special tour of Grantchester, as seen in the Grantchester series
- In-depth, expert-led walking tour of historic Cambridge Home of the iconic University of Cambridge
- Evening at leisure in Cambridge for exploration

Today we will journey to the Historic Chatham Dockyards for a very special Call the Midwife tour showing you many of the filming locations for this iconic series. The tour will end with a special visit to see costumes and sets used in filming followed by a luncheon onsite.
Next, we are off to the village of Grantchester to experience the place behind-the-screen.
Later in the day we will end in historic Cambridge where you will enjoy the many sights in this magnificent university city. Our home this evening will be the top-rated University Arms Hotel - just steps from many of Cambridge's main attractions.
Day 3 - Wednesday
- Breakfast and morning in Cambridge for further exploration
- Journey to the scenic Peak District of England
- A tour of magnificent Chatsworth House and gardens Home of the Duke & Duchess of Devonshire and "Pemberley" in Pride & Prejudice
- Coach Journey to Yorkshire
- Arrivals to the ancient walled city of York
- Three course group dinner at The Grand Hotel, York
- Luxurious overnight accommodations at The Grand Hotel, York ***** York's only 5-star hotel, and our home for three nights
This morning after a delicious breakfast, you may want to take some time for further exploration of Cambridge.
Later, we will head to the Peak District for a visit to Chatsworth which is truly England's grandest country home. Here you will marvel at the state rooms used by the Duke & Duchess of Devonshire and the many acres of lush gardens.
We will end the day in the historic city of York, our home for the next three evenings. Our base will be the lovely Grand Hotel, York's only 5-star property - located in the heart of the ancient city walls.
Day 4 - Thursday
- Breakfast at The Grand Hotel, York
- Expert-led walking tour of the historic centre of York
- Tour of York Minster One of England's finest cathedrals established in the 7th Century and renowned for its Medieval stained glass
- Group dinner in York
- Overnight accommodations at The Grand Hotel, York
Today we will go in-depth into the history and architecture of one of England's loveliest cities, York. You will enjoy a walking tour of the historic city followed by a visit to York Minster, one of the grandest cathedrals in Northern Europe - famous for its stained glass windows which have inspired visitors for centuries.
In the evening we will gather for a group dinner to end another great day of exploration.
Day 5 - Friday
- Breakfast at The Grand Hotel, York
- Day trip to the Yorkshire Dales As seen in the lovely series All Creatures Great and Small
- A visit to the charming market town of Thirsk
- A visit to "The World of James Herriot" James Herriot's original vet practice, home and surgery
- A scenic drive and commentary on the Yorkshire Dales
- A Yorkshire farm shop group luncheon with delicious local foods
- Journey back to York and evening at leisure
- Overnight accommodations at The Grand Hotel, York
If you're a fan of All Creatures Great and Small, then today is the day for you!
We will journey to the gorgeous Yorkshire Dales for a full day of exploration. You’ll see many of the sites used for filming including lovely Thirsk, James Herriot's home and vet practice and the perfect little village of Grassington, known as "Darrowby" in the series. Not only will you see the sights but you’ll also go in-depth into Yorkshire life by meeting local people and sampling local foods. This will be a day to remember in the Yorkshire Dales.
Day 6 - Saturday
- Luxurious breakfast at The Grand Hotel, York
- Journey to Burghley House in Lincolnshire
- Tour of Burghley House & Gardens, England's grandest Elizabethan house As seen in Elizabeth: the Golden Age and many more films and television series
- Coach journey to London
- Farewell group dinner in London

Just after breakfast we will depart our Yorkshire home for Lincolnshire where we will enjoy a special tour of Burghley House, one of England's grandest Elizabethan estates. The art and interiors of this home are sumptuous, as well are the gardens.
After a relaxing visit we will head back to London for a farewell dinner - one last chance to look back over what was a magnificent week of exploration.
